    In addition to the prices listed, there is a local tax of € 2,90 (from 01.01.25 € 3,20) per person and day, that has to be paid locally.


    Smoking and pets are not permitted in the new building.


    Prices include electricity, heating, 1 garage parking space for 1 apartment, use of the indoor pool in the main building and the sauna areas, sun terrace, common rooms and children's play rooms in the main and new buildings.


    A lift will take you directly from the garage to the apartments.


    Bread roll service (also on Sundays) at the main building reception.

    The holiday apartment is available from 03:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 09:30 am on the day of departure.
