    In addition to the prices listed, there is a local tax of € 2,90 (from 01.01.25 € 3,20) per person and day (from age 14) that has to be paid locally.


    Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.


    Prices include electricity, heating, parking, use of the indoor pool in the main building and the sauna areas, sun terrace, common rooms and children's play rooms in the main and new buildings.


    Dogs are permitted in some apartments in the main building (1 dog/apartment): price on request


    Parking in garage (optional): € 4,00 per day

    The holiday apartment is available from 03:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 09:30 am on the day of departure.
